BLAST CHILLERS
Blast chillers quickly bring food to very low temperatures, making them the best way to preserve raw materials and already cooked dishes.
Primax has two different lines of blast chillers: the Easy Line and the Fast Line, available in versions from three to fifteen levels. Each blast chiller can be configured to meet the needs of restaurants, ice cream makers or pastry shops.
UPRIGHT REFRIGERATORS
Store food while maintaining its original characteristics. Available in versions from 700 L to 1400 L, with a solid or glass door, positive or negative temperatures.
REFRIGERATED COUNTERS FOR FOOD
Refrigerated counters are designed to make the most of the space available in your kitchen. They offer a worktop while food products are safely stored within compartments and drawers, so they're always within reach.
Primax refrigerated counters are completely customisable, from one to four compartments, including a recessed version. For customised management of spaces and operations.
REFRIGERATED COUNTERS FOR DRINKS
Indispensable for serving cool drinks, suitable for any type of business. Primax’s refrigerated counters come with or without a refrigerated tank set into the countertop, but always with a robust worktop. Available in versions from one to four compartments, fully customisable.
REFRIGERATED WASTE CONTAINERS
Refrigeration accompanies food professionals along the entire production and service chain. Refrigerated waste containers store bins for food scraps, ensuring a more hygienic, highly productive kitchen. Available from one to three modules.
